Fran Lebowitz (1950 - ) A 20-something in Philadelphia, who moved here a decade ago for college and hasn't yet left. Chicago could be next. Last year I completed my first foreign and European vacation, beginning in Amsterdam and taking me to Brugge, Belgium, and back to Amsterdam. I high-ly recommend a visit. What followed was Toronto, Montreal - both in Canada for the geographically disinclined - and later Barcelona, Spain; Paris, France; and London, England. This year is a big slower, with a new job and change in living situation/relationship. So my journeys have been to San Francisco, Atlanta and San Juan, Puerto Rico! I'd be one of those non-Bush voting Americans, which just maybe is a source of jealousy among some Bush-voting Americans these days. I'm one of granola eating, green tea drinking, tree hugging types with a political edge who doesn't fit in this undemocratic two-party system.
